Late cancellations
Late cancellations and missed sessions may not be refundable.
Mentor cancellation
If the mentor cancels, the participant may reschedule or receive a refund through the marketplace.
Disputes and payout timing
Final refund, dispute, chargeback, and mentor payout-hold rules must be approved before Stripe Connect payments launch.
