How information is used
Information is used to operate marketplace accounts, display approved mentor profiles, identify meaningful mentor options, process bookings, deliver sessions, and support safety. Sensitive identity or intake answers are not placed in URLs, public logs, marketing pixels, or analytics events.
Youth privacy
The participant’s conversation belongs to them. Caregivers receive scheduling and safety information, not a report of everything said, except with permission or when safety, reporting duties, or law requires action.
Mentor profiles
Mentors choose information for their public profiles. Application responses, screening records, training evaluations, legal names, payout details, and private contact information are not public profile content.
Vendors and retention
Account, scheduling, Stripe Connect payment, video, email, consent, and analytics providers must be named here before launch, together with practical retention and deletion rules.
